Lady Fish / Kaane

Description

This tender, lean fish is also known regionally as Kane, Poovan or Kilanga. Caught from the seawaters, this fish has a mild flavour, a firm texture and has very few bones. This slender fish is usually preferred for fried preparations in the coastal areas of western India. Ideal for Rava fry also.
